Pilates can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. This class will teach you how to develop and tone a strong core (abdomen and back), and tone your limbs without creating excess bulk. Whether youŽre new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, youŽll see modifications for exercises to challenge you to get to the next strength and flexibility levels. WeŽll be using mats, elastic bands and stability balls in this 60-minute class.
